  Decided to try Headrick's Lane for dinner Thursday 29th June. Upon arrival had to guess as to who were staff and who were customers. Worked it out by assuming those behind the counter were staff. Both of us ordered the wagyu rump, medium rare, with sides of chips. The wagyu was cooked appropriately but had rested for so long it was only just warm. One of the sides of chips was piping hot while the other was only just warm. We informed the waitress of the situation and she offered to correct this but did not explain how this would be achieved. The white wine we ordered was delivered ice cold. It took time and the warmth of our hands to bring this wine to a more appropriate drinking temperature.
  
  I would suggest that staff be in uniforms or more forward in introducing themselves. Introducing themselves to customers with their first name would be a great start. As to the food - the apology from the waitress was well delivered. She could have explained what would happen next - freshly cooked meals, microwaved or reheated - we could have decided from these options. We decided to accept the meals as presented but did not appreciate the expensive wagyu as we would normally. No offer of complimentary food or drinks or a discount were offered.
  Headrick's Lane is quite expensive but does not have the service to support the prices, yet. Improvement is needed before we would return.

  New industrial chic decor and a menu to match! Great wines, such a warm and inviting vibe to it - I love the way the new decor personalises the building's history - Headricks Building never looked so good. What a transformation!
